What are the most common questions customers ask about your custom clothing and designs?

Our customers frequently ask about the journey from order to shipping, how our sizing works, urgent orders, and care instructions for their custom apparel.

How long does it take from order to shipping?

The time from order to shipping can vary. While we strive for quick turnarounds, some items may require us to order specific colors and sizes, which can add a few days to the process. We will always keep you informed of the estimated timeline for your custom order.

We will try our best to have your order shipped withing 5 days of placing your order, but this will depend on our limited stock.

How do you do sizing?

We use standard US sizing for all our apparel. We recommend ordering your daily clothing size or contacting us directly for specific measurements to ensure the perfect fit for your custom design. All shirts are unisex, unless you order differently.

I need something really fast, can you help?

We understand that sometimes you need an order quickly! Please contact us directly at jobeth@jkdesignsllc.com to discuss your urgent request. While we can't guarantee every rush order, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What important details do you want customers to know before they buy or order a custom design?

It's important to know that while we may have some shirts in stock, we often place orders to get the exact colors and sizes needed for your custom design. Please allow a couple of days for us to procure your materials. For this reason, we request payment at the time of order to make sure we are covered for the product we are purchasing.

How do we wash/dry the clothing?

To ensure the longevity of your DTF printed apparel, we recommend washing inside out in cold water with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or, for best results, hang dry. Avoid using bleach, harsh chemicals, or ironing directly on the design.

Are there any misunderstandings or confusing things customers often ask about?

A common misunderstanding is the expectation of immediate shipping for custom orders. As a small business specializing in personalized items, we often need to order specific blank garments to fulfill your unique design requests. This ensures you receive exactly what you envisioned for your custom apparel from JK Designs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various secure payment methods, including major credit cards and other online payment options such as Venmo and Paypal. All payments are processed securely at the time of order to ensure a smooth and efficient custom design process.
